Hampton Inn Toledo/Oregon

I wanted to take the time to thank Ray and the staff at Hampton Inn Oregon for their kindness and for going out of their way to meet all of our needs during our stay. The staff is incredibly kind and rooms are spacious, clean, and relaxing. Aside from the comfortable room, I was impressed at the quality of the continental breakfast that was included in our booking and the ease of check in/out process. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy stay at a reasonable price

We were on the road trip and decided to stopped in Toledo but it was about 1am. We decided to called the hotel since online booking would’ve put the reservation for the next day. “Xavier” at the front desk was very nice, polite and helpful we were impressed then and when we get to the hotel at around 2:30am or so, he greeted us with the smile and completed the check in process within less than 2 minutes. And definitely did not forget to give us drink and snack for gold member perks. He definitely deserves a recognition. The hotel itself seems to be newly renovated and kept very clean. Love taller ceilings and extra space. I was skeptical when looking up for the hotel since we have never stayed at Hampton inn before but it wasn’t many choices around at the time. Glad we choose Hampton this time and definitely will be back at this location Breakfast was nice and clean. I wish there are some eggs or actual pork sausage there.

The hotel was good and location was great to the soccer fields. Unfortunately the breakfast crew couldn't keep up with the amount of guests at the hotel and lots of things were empty and not replaced. The front desk wasn't the nicest crew when we checked in at night, but in the morning, the guy was super nice. Also the Gym equipment was nice but none of it worked.
